I don’t know how he’s managed but the food has got even better recently, I can’t believe it’s possible. The quality of the fish is next level and the chef is super talented. On top of this he’s super friendly and remembers his repeat customers’ names. Tho time I had the broccoli starter, salmon and avocado tartare, and the salmon dragon roll. Images attached.
